Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in Northwest Christian School. The staff of the school would like to help meet the educational needs of your family.

Some families who come to Northwest for the first time are new to Christian education. Perhaps it would be helpful for you to understand the following requirements for admission to NCS:
  1. At least one parent is a believer and will attest to a personal relationship in their life with the Lord Jesus Christ.

  2. At least one parent is actively attending a local evangelical, Bible-believing church with their student.

  3. The student being considered for admission has not been expelled from another school for disciplinary reasons.
We invite you to carefully review the information in our Admission Application. A checklist is provided so that when you turn in your application to the school office you can be assured that all required documents are present. There are three ways to obtain an application packet:
  • By e-mail to , and a packet will be mailed to you. Be sure to e-mail your name, address, phone number (in case the mail is returned), and your student's grade level for the 2008-09 school year.
  • Call the school office at (602) 978-5134 x506, and a packet will be mailed to you.
  • Pick up a packet at one of the school's offices (after February 4th).

New registration packets for the 2008-09 school year will be mailed on Monday, February 4th. New registration applications will begin being received at Registration Night on Monday, February 25th, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on both the Main and Peoria campuses.
